Glenn H. Truitt, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Truitt Law Group. He founded TLG to meet the rising demand for reasonably-priced, high-quality legal assistance, and to realize his vision of a legal practice which would leverage the creativity, energy and commitment to excellence of its member attorneys. A graduate of Stanford Law School and the United States Naval Academy, he is driven by principle, a passion for excellence and a desire to practice in the proud tradition of his alma maters. Glenn was admitted to practice law in California in 2005 and in Nevada in 2011. He writes and lectures on practice reform, professional ethics and small firm success.

Kristina R. Weller, Esq. joined Truitt Law Group in May of 2012 as the Senior Litigation Counsel.  She is a native to Las Vegas, Nevada. Kristina started her legal career when she was 16 and obtained a job as a legal assistant. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Business Administration and  continued to work as a paralegal until she was accepted into the Charter Class of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 1998. For the last 10 years, she has focused her practice on Personal Injury and Litigation.

Matthew C. Hagerty, Esq. joined Truitt Law Group in August 2012 as Corporate Counsel. Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami (OH) University and a Master of Education from Xavier University. In 2012 Matthew earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law and moved to Las Vegas, NV. Matthew currently focuses his practice on Business, Entertainment, and Sports Law.

Marta Dimitrova Kurshumova was born and raised in the coastal city of Burgas, Bulgaria and came to the United States at the age of 18 for her undergraduate degree. She was accepted with a full scholarship to Wesleyan College, Macon, Georgia and graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Currently, Marta is the Senior Case Manager at Truitt Law Group and her aspiration is to continue her education by pursuing a Juris Doctor Degree.
